•Posting General entries
•Preparation of monthly Income statement, statement of Position and cash flow statement
•Review daily bank deposit.
•Reconciliation of various Accounts at the month end Including A/R, AP and expense A/c
•Preparation of Bank reconciliation statement more than 15 Bank account on Every 15 days
•Preparation of Intercompany Reconciliation
•Ageing of Accounts Receivable & Payables.
•ADM Review and double check with its charging to responsible person
•BSP GL account review on weekly basis
•ADM amount deducting on monthly staff payroll account
•Fixed asset accounting, Reconciliation & Depreciation journal
•Coordinate and Supporting with Audit Staff (PwC) in the process of yearend audit.
•Preparation of Various Reports for Senior Management
•Review Client invoice, receivable ageing Report & Monthly Sales report.
•Preparing salary (payroll) records with applicable deduction.
•Handling VAT submission & given to instruction junior staff
•Review output/ Input VAT GL account
•Preparing monthly branches expense allocation on basis of cost center
•Reconciliation of Monthly Payroll and employee final settlement and preparing annual schedule
