a) Manage staff, prepare work schedules and assign
specific duties. Monitor operations and performance on site. Monitor utilization of group equipment and vehicles. Review plant and logistics operations and improve processes to maximize outputs where possible. Receiving the new equipment’s from companies and doing there inspection and creating there asset codes.Updating ERP module with asset codes and keeping it up to date as per our equipment master file. Also working on different screens of ERP like shifting module, rental equipment time sheet and ERP reports. Monitoring the PWAS and Vision link status of heavy equipment’s. Doing follow up for any kind of breakdown in heavy as well as small equipment’s. Maintaining and keeping the record of third party inspection of equipment’s and calibration of welding machines. Doing follow up for the plant movement of heavy equipment’s as well as for small machines. Receiving new machines from the supplier and then doing there inspection and other paper work. Then sending these machines on the site as per the project requirement. Arranging the Aramco certifications of the operators. Doing Weekly meeting with Construction team, discussing with them resources availability and issues related to PMV department. Doing the daily follow up with PMV team for any kind of assistance.

Doing the daily meeting with Clients and project managers. In meeting we were discussing their daily requirement and plan of work and then I was giving this information to my subordinates for implantation.Doing meeting and follow up with the workshop department. In meeting we were discussing the issue related to breakdown and spare parts and availability of equipment for the customers. Doing follow up with shifting section for the pending shifting of the zone. Giving update of shifting of equipment to clients as per the availability of low bed/trailers. Doing follow up with procurement department for rental equipment hiring and mobilizing/Demobilizing.Doing follow up with HR department for the issues related to employees working in my zone like vacations, medical cards, and iqama other stuffs.

Doing the work done of vehicles as per the job card received from front office and then handover it to mechanical Staff. After work done, doing the inspection of all the work done by technician and doing the test driver with technical staff.Dealing with customers for their repeat jobs and solving them on time. As in workshop one of the main roles is played by final inspector for ignoring the repeat jobs by doing final inspection. After that taking satisfactory report from the customers.Doing the weekly follow up with the customers for their pending jobs and taking appointment from them to do the pending work of their cars.
