• Packing, preparing, classifying and holding the shipments according to destination and the routing to be handled by assigned staff.
• Calculating and providing the information about the shipment statistics; weight, destination, quantity, type, charges etc.
• Responsible to communicate, coordinate, follow up and report about on processing or hold items to be manipulated, delivered to other parties, or provide feedback about status.
• Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers to ensure a seamless flow of goods through the supply chain.
• Coordinating with clients to arrange for the provision of logistics services at the client’s site.
Record, initiate enter the cargos or shipments to the logistics system to ensure existing information for further processing.
• Tracking the shipment from its origin country until the shipment is delivered to the Warehouse.
• Organizing and coordinating the formalities regarding the clearing of cargo or shipments at the port.
• Communicating with other departments (eg customs clearance, documentations) including sales and marketing to effectively plan and distribute the workload.
• Overseeing the storage, handling, and movement of inventory. This includes managing warehouse operations, optimizing storage space, and implementing inventory control measures.
• Achieving the set sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis to ensure constant and profitable sales growth in dialogue with T-Systems Partner Management and Sales force.
• Establishing and maintaining contact with Sales force decision-makers among prospects and customers to identify new business opportunities.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.
• Responsible for the entire sales process - from customer acquisition to creating an offer to completing the order, including Sales force Delivery, Financial Controlling and other decision-makers.
• Establishing a collaborative relationship with Sales force Account Management for the assigned customer base and key sales topics.
• Close internal collaboration with the account and deal management team, as well as with the Sales force delivery experts
After graduating my Bachelors degree I utilized my 5 months breaks to learn the administration works in the corporate fields before pursuing my MBA program.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Distribute and store correspondence (eg letters, emails and packages).
- Contact references and perform background checks.
- Organized the biggest cultural event of Malaysia with the team of Limkokwing University.
- Represented my country Bangladesh and won the best booth category award in 2017 and 2018
- Leaded our Bangladesh community to work together for the event.
