Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing day to day store activates.
• Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders.
• Processes and Distributes documentation with purchase orders reports, documents and tracks damages
• Plans and performs work that involves ordering receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, pricing, delivering and various type of equipment.
• KPI Monitoring & Preparing Reports to the management
• Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements
• Producing regular reports and on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Coordinating racking and storing
• Forklift operations
• Supervising and monitoring all issues & receipts of spare parts for different military units
• Managing all processes and functions with a busy warehouse.
• Responsible for 140, 000line items in 2 warehouses.
