Encoding of all inbound equipment’s for warehouse using SAP system to MIGO for Good Receipt (GR) posting.
Issuance of all outbound and release documents of equipment’s based on Request Ticket/Reservation Order from Smart Engineer.
Validates and checking of all Request Ticket/Reservation Order using SAP system and
T-codes for stocks references.
Request Ticket/Reservation Order printed documents with signed of receivers will be encoded to MIGO for Good Issue (GI) posting in SAP system.
Validating and inspection of new shipments in warehouse.
Creating and generating of reports.
Issuance of Service Orders (SO) for New and existing Telephone lines, DSL (Digital Subscriber Line), and other services requested by customers.
Creating and processing of new and upgrade applications of subscriber thru Customer Service Platform and Kenan System.
Creating Account Level for new residential and business subscribers using Kenan System.
Validates of existing customers regarding credit segmentation/rating and unpaid accounts prior to proceeding of applications.
Selecting the corresponding components for every availed plan of all subscribers.
Implement new promos and special features for regular and special event applications.
Collaborate and escalate Service Order fallouts to other PLDT groups and assists up to its resolution.
Coordination and monitoring of Service Orders at their respective stages.
