counters, ALU internal tools (like Call Trace) or 3rd party tools (like Wireshark, protocol
analyzers)

- Define the needed evolutions of trace and post-processing tools (counters, call trace, drive
tests, protocol analyzer traces) to ensure effective investigations by the onsite and offsite

- Ensure the readiness of the other TIS and GPS teams involved in KPI troubleshooting and to
transfer the troubleshooting methodology to service teams through Knowledge Transfer
Session ( KTS ).

• Responsibilities and tasks :
- Technical Instructor, responsible for delivering technical training courses for employees and customers, locally or abroad, with different technical backgrounds.
- Mentoring the trainees through the different processes of installation, commissioning, configuration, supervision, troubleshooting and maintenance of the network equipments
- Apply the university global processes and those local ones during all the training program implementation steps.
- Apply the Instructor Skills course criteria during each class delivery.
- Should coach and mentor training participants and also act as a subject matter expert to evaluate course content and structure.
- Co-operating with teams of developers to produce the course materials for new technology releases or new technologies
- Attention to quality during each and every class delivery through managing the evaluation process of the trainees and report the results to the relevant Training Program Manager, proposing enhancement plans and develop short/long term actions.
- Delivering courses in 3 languages ( French, English and Arabic ).
