.Installation of Baggage scanner Smith Detection. CTiX, XCT, EDX, 60402is, 100|100, 130|130
.Conduct weekly Geomtry callibration of CTiX.
.Daily check and inspect xray machine to enssure working correctly during operation.

+ Repair and maintain mechanical components of Nuctec xray system
(Hydrulic, motors, gears, railings and drive inverter.) + Daily inspection of Temperature control unit or TOU of xray head cooling system. (Checking water temp, water pressure and refrigerant.

.Overhauling chilled water pumps for replacing damage mechanical seal and worn out bearings.
.Repair and troubleshoot AHU motor for replacing belts, bearings and check alignments.
.Maintaining all air-conditioning unit on the facilities (Split, Window, Floor mounted and Ceiling Cassette type unit and PACU) Cleaning and troubleshooting
.Maintaining Air Handling Unit (AHU) and monitoring flow temperature and pressure of chilled/hot water on the system
.Check and monitoring Trane/York chiller as daily operation and troubleshoot fault log on the chiller to prevent downtime on the production.
.Check and monitoring Ingersoll Rand and Atlas Copco Air Compressor data during operation with Domnnick Hunter Air dryer supply going to production and maintain good dew point to prevent downtime of the production.
.Write routine work daily activities and direct report findings fault on the system to our duty supervisor.
.Troubleshoot electrical problem (Lighting fixture, conduit, and convenient outlets)
.Replacing damage water pipes, broken flush valve, flexible hoses, and troubleshooting defective automated sensor hand wash of the production area
.Observe safety procedure during performing troubleshooting of the units.

(X-ray cargo inspection system, X-ray baggage scanner system)
• Troubleshoot and repair gears, belts and drives and disassemble. And repair shaft and bearings and seals assemblies.
• Preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of x-ray system and power generators.
• Inspect equipment condition utilizing established preventive maintenance procedure.
• Capable to perform minor electrical problem and ability to used power and Pneumatic tools. (Welding machine, Oxygen acetylene, Impact wrench)
• Maintaining necessary documents including machine history, Preventive maintenance check sheets and log books.
• Complex repair without supervision using mechanical equipment and/or hand tools in a timely manner.
• Ability to adhere and perform all essential safety procedure and observe all safety regulation to insure own and other’s. Serve on Emergency/Spill Response Team as required.
• Ability to write routine reports in spreadsheet and word documents and basic knowledge on computer
• To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty in timely manner with high quality workmanship. And ability to read, write and speak English.

• Preventive Maintenance of centrifuge pumps and motors and cleaning suction/discharge strainer
• Troubleshoot and repair valves and disassemble and repair quarter turn valve, multi turn valve and non return valve and control valve
• Troubleshoot and repair gear, belt and drives and disassemble and repair shaft bearings and seals assemblies.
• Do alignment stationary and driver by using dial indicators and alignment kit for doing preventive maintenance.
• Breaking the process line while using Self Contained Breathing Apparatus or (SCBA).
• Perform as a foreman during Shutdown and Turnaround of the plant.
• Blinding and De-Blinding the process line based on the P&ID’s and as per blind list and interpret isometric drawing of the plant.
• Troubleshoot and de-choking line of boiler guns on boiler.
• Ability to adhere and perform all essential safety procedures and observe all safety regulation to insure own and other’s safety. Serve on Emergency/Spill Response Team as required.
• Good coordination to the process operation before performing the job.
• Perform other duties directed by the Supervisor.
• Certified trained for permit receiver even ( Hot work, Cold work, Confined Space and Safety Attendant)
• Complex repair without supervision using mechanical equipment and/or hand tools in a timely manner.
• Ability to weld and to use power tools, Fabrication equipment and pneumatic tools. (Welding machine, Oxygen acetylene, Impact wrench)
