Worked for the foreign branch company start-up in the field of engineering Services for Oil & Gas and energy Sector: taking care about the authority compliance for registering and start up the Branch Office, prepared the business plan, business development for UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait markets; arranging the new local clients’ portfolio and commercial network. Established limited liability Company in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and in Qatar with the responsibilities of Managing and running the day by day activities of both companies in their area of activities.

Legal Representative/Sales Manager/Contract Administrator at Process Engineering

Worked, as company representative, legal representative and sales manager as well as contract administrator in the framework of the Utilities Water Treatment for the Hospitals and Food Industries Power Stations and Substations. Developed and commercialized a licensed software (Sistemacqua) to control, monitoring and managing the water chemical treatment of different utilities such as cooling towers, steam boilers, waste water treatment and potable water distribution in the industrial field and hospitality field; worked in the risk minimization from the Legionella contagious in the major Government Hospital located in the centre of Italy; planned and conducted the potable water sanitization in the major Government Hospital in the centre of Italy.
Main projects:
Legionella’s risks minimization project.
The client was the operator of most of the hospital stations and substations for the power and water treatment/distribution; the project aimed to reduce the risk of contagious from the legionella’s bacteria that spreads dangerously in most of the healthcare facilities; as company’s representative, conducted the feasibility study and defined the statement of work to contain and minimize the risk and got the same approved by the client; appointed as program manager for 12 different active projects in different locations of the centre of Italy; led, executed and monitored the activities throughout the KPI as per the government rules and regulation to prevent the contagious from the legionella bacteria. Administrated the procurement and the closure of the project up to the completion and acceptance certificate.
As legal representative, managed the banking relationship, accounting and drafting the yearly financial statement.

Technical Manager/ General Manager at Chemical Process

The company worked in the Chemical Water Treatment Plant field. Representing the company in financial agreements, commercial business and in customer care management as well as the legal representation. Duties covered the whole customer care management through the project analysis, project erection, commissioning, start-up and operation of Water Treatment Plant. Major Customers were acquired in the Food, Pharmaceutical, and Chemicals Industry, such as ABBOT spa, Technicolor spa, Videocolor spa, Arena, etc....
Main project:
Production of demineralized water after the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of a calcium hydride plant for the reduction of water hardness; the operation of the existing demineralized water plant with the inlet of the pre-treated water had the aim to produce the demineralized water at a lower cost of production by saving consistently in the consumable such as the HCL and the NAOH for the resins re-generation; conducted the operation and maintenance of the all system and supplied the demi-water to the chemical industry for the production of the television tubes; as company representative, led all the phases of the project, from the feasibility throughout the execution and the final handover, including the operation of the plant, the personnel, vendors and contract management.
