• Responsible for maintaining project documentation, developing reports, and leveraging advanced excel skills to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Ensure completion of PMO related activities such as project creation, review, and progress reporting
• Provide a consolidated list of project inventory and ensure up-to-date data is always available and reflect the same in core projects workflow tools.
• Drive the implementation of the PMO Governance mythologies and standard processes to improve cross-functional strategic plans, templates, process documentation, and best practices through the PPM tool.
• Monitor and manage project Capex and Opex.
• Ensure completion of PMO related activities such as project creation, review, and progress reporting.
• Work on improving PPM tool as BAU by adding and creating more system- related dashboards for key projects.
• Provide a consolidated list of project inventory and ensure up-to-date data is always available and reflect the same in core projects workflow tools
• Gather a comprehensive list of enhancements and new modules that need to be deployed to continuously improve PMO Way of work.
• Provide input on the future road map with continuous improvement of EPM support services.
• Provide required support and guidance to the PMO, while administering and creating reports for executive leadership.
• Drive the implementation of the PMO Governance mythologies and standard processes to improve cross-functional strategic plans, templates, process documentation, and best practices through the PPM tool.
• Work with PM to report on the project steering committee materials.
• Validate Key strategic project milestones, timelines and report status on the
progress to the PMO Head.
• Contribute to the technology budgeting cycle annually and help in finalize all
business case reviews.
• Monitor and track project Capex and Opex.
