Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
•Prepare for committee meetings

•Organizing CVs received as per MRFs from manpower agencies and other resources
•Short listing CVs, scheduling interviews, coordinating interviews and conducting pre-screen interviews
•Recording and summarizing details of interview assessment
•Preparing offer letters and related documents
•Preparing demand letters and employment contracts for agencies

Preparing new recruitment enlistments
•Identify talent and aspirations of individual employees and provide coaching aimed at motivating them to undertake the necessary training required to advance their careers within the company
•Preparing contracts between the company and manpower suppliers
•Preparations of Internal and External Memos
•Handling employees’ terminations, warning Letters and Explanations that raised by Operations Department
•Handling staff queries, grievances and other difficult situations in a sensitive, fair and respectful manner, and seeking legal and management counsel when required.
•Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
•Preparations of Leave request preparation after approval and Settlements for vacations and Resigned employees.
•Search and Arrange Air Tickets
•Preparations and follow up of Workmen Compensation Policy
