• Develop, document and implement a test process within the project (SIT / UAT)
• Testing cash equipment (cash registers, cashboxes, scales, bayer's screen, card readers ect.)
• Create test scenarios and test cases
• Create test plans and ensure they are being followed
• Investigate and reproduce software issues
• Develop, document, deploy and update test environment (including hardware, virtual servers, etc.)
• Developing auto tests for UI and API components (PowerShell)
• MS SQL, С# .NET Framework
• Using Version Control Systems (Git), Continuous Integration Systems (TeamCity), Bug Tracking (Jira)
• Virtualization techniques (Hyper-V, VM-Ware)
-Documentary support of the project;
-Monitor the implementation of SLA, OLA;
-Enforcement of regulations on the instructions of the project processes;
-Coordination of singers;
-Reporting;
-Participation in the formation of a package of necessary project documentation;
-Project managers help coordinate project activities, monitoring performance time;
-Execution of orders of the head associated with the current project activities.
- 1st Line Support for business users within the company, in order to resolve any IT related problems
-Log all requests via the service desk which are received over the phone, e-mail or in person
-Provide remote assistance over the phone

-replacement of consumables in printers
-Resolution hardware/software user problems, including the determination of the failed node /Apps (30 users)
-supporting and maintaining the IT Network
-Perform recommend system changes and enhancements
-Performance monitoring on different levels and failure diagnosis
