As part of the Sales Team, main role is to market the Berlitz programs and services to potential clients/students.
Closely coordinates with LC Center Manager and Instruction teams in order to deliver high quality results.
Initiate and direct local marketing activities and promotional events. Assist in marketing efforts and represents the learning center on national events.
Provides consultation to clients for a deeper needs analysis and to determine how Berlitz can help them achieve their language goal.
Client management and overseeing of classes, progress of student, and monitoring of instructors.
Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
Coordination of account status and student concerns with other members of the organization accordingly.
Handle the inquiries, provided assistance to center guests, clients, and students.
Setting appointments and conducting client follow-ups.
Manages Learning Center’s directory database.
Controls the daily lessons and schedules at the center.
Handling the month-end payroll computation reports for LC teachers/ assessors.
Point of contact to oversee the needs of a project.
Primarily responsible for scheduling assessors onsite and offsite accounts, setting deadlines and making sure communications between recruitment operations run smoothly.
Managed deliverables, statement of accounts and calendar of activities.
Deal directly with customers either by telephone and electronically, responds promptly to customer inquiries.
Sells IT products: servers, desktop, laptops, printers, LCDS and peripherals.
Provides assistance in product specifications and benefits; explaining product features; reviewing costs and delivery information.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as supply chain management.
Perform customer verification and process orders.
Direct responsibility.
Give assistance to all preferred customers of Nissan Automobiles by giving them courtesy calls.
Sell, cross and up sell products to customers about the service maintenance of their vehicles.
Provides information about the service reminders, set up and request appointments with the dealerships.
In-charge in delivering problem resolution and customer satisfaction
Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet.
Provides assistance such as configuring email server settings, troubleshoot Microsoft Office and Macintosh computer
Redirect problems to appropriate resource i.e: schedules of dispatch.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information and handles product and service such as programming packages, pay-per-views inquiries.
Set up new customer accounts.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Work as a stock transfer agent for several publicly held US and foreign companies and their shareholders.
Assisted shareholders in transferring ownership of stock from one company, group or individual to another.
Provides information about the stock market price history, set-up an initial investments.
Provides assistance regarding lost securities and how to replace missing stock certificates.
