Works as a Secretary to the Deputy General Manager. Updates the calendar and schedule. Arranges travels and does administrative and clerical tasks for the manager.
Gives support and actively involved when it comes to the business development for the whole group and involves the company start-ups inside and outside the country. Coordinates and communicates to all branch managers overseas and to all department heads and pushing them to achieve their targets and deadlines.
Conducts regular updating and monitoring of the operation and do regular communication with suppliers, clients, and consultants.
Lastly, acting as a procurement officer by looking for suppliers and new products for the operation.

- Responsible in Inspection Request register & notifications to client, sub-contractors and other concerned departments.
- Ensures transmittals or documents are acknowledged or received.
- Performs administrative tasks related to an assigned department; organizes, prioritizes and complete task in a timely manner.
- Develops and maintains effective working relationships with all the staffs.
