• Type / encode / organize all department correspondences, memos, letters, presentations, tender enquiries, contract agreements, minutes of meetings, daily/weekly/monthly management reports, etc.
• Register and file drawings, forms, records, invoices, quotations, inspections, incoming and outgoing correspondences.
• Prepares progress, weekly and monthly reports of different projects.
• Supports in the preparation of Consultancy Agreements and Contracts.
• Transmit all controlled documents in the distribution list.
• Classify, sort, file, archive and retrieve documents in accordance to project document indexing and filing system.
• Ensure that documents are copied and delivered to Clients.
