Market intelligence
• Update and compile a competitors' analysis report and work on different data scans to monitor market and customers' behaviors through mystery shopping.
• Monitor local media on a regular basis while keeping track of CIL media coverage.
• Establish media relations with key newspapers in the field of insurance and finance and come up with media themes to be communicated.
Product development
• Compiled a flow chart and road map for reviewing current products and creating new products.
• Participated in the launch of new range of products for the company and managed their product development plan right from the concept phase till the execution phase.
