 Calling and following up customers for any enquiries
 Re-visits existing clients to re-engage and follow up for business
opportunities
 Communicates and deals with agents through email or phone
 Deals with clients requests and inquiries
 Quotes rates to client accordingly through email
 Updates clients regarding shipment tracking and documentations
