• Doing clerical job such as photocopying, binding, encoding, sending documents via couriers/facsimile, and maintaining an organized filing system
• Organizing and scheduling future appointments for the manager
• Screening documents received for the bank
• Handling requests and queries from senior managers
• Maintaining contact lists for future reference and use
• Trains and assists in the Operations Department (scanning cheques through the ECC System, encoding data of daily transactions, processing outward transfers using Banks System and printing reports)
