Regularly monitor and update the employee records; Submission of monthly HR reports about attrition, vacation list summary, appraisal ratings and year end benefits; Assist the HR Manager in creating and implementing the policies, ensuring that company policies are not contradicting to UAE Labour Law; Involvement in employment engagement activities; Coordinate with the local and international recruitment agencies for current manpower requirements - conducts initial interviews and carries out the reference checks if required; Coordinate with PRO for applying new visa and renewal of existing employee’s visa and preparation of its required documentations; inducting the new recruits, educating at all levels on policies and procedures, and completing the entire formalities prior to deployment; Issuance of required and requested certificates and documentations to the employees; Monitor the inter-transfer of the employees from one store to another; involves in manpower budgeting, staff’s termination and disciplinary action; preparation of Monthly Payroll report keeping track of the attendance report for 600+ employees; Preparation of all vacation formalities, from leave calculation to ticket booking; Preparation of all exit formalities and end of service benefits entitlement;
Prepare routine entries and post financial transactions in Quickbooks; sort documents, code, log, review for accuracy; match supporting invoices to procurement documents; and verify invoices for payment; Assist in ordering, care, maintenance, and utilization of department equipment, supplies, and inventories; In-charge of check preparation for various payments to suppliers; Responsible for all accounts receivable related administrative functions, including contacting delinquent customers via phone to secure payment, assisting with printing and mailing of statements, reviewing account histories with customers, and posting payments, credit memos and adjustments; Daily duties include filing, emails and faxing of customer invoices and information and meeting monthly accounts receivable goals. Daily accuracy of work is necessary for inventory control and accountability.
Handles recruitment and selection; preparation of the compensation and benefits for all employees; Ability to advice the management regarding the UAE labor law and implementation of policies for the benefit of the company and employees; Resource administration such as permit application, and all
