Responsible for delivering the prepared special milk formula at a specific time on daily basis to the Ward / Nursing Unit.
Responsible for keeping the formula room Hygienic.
In -charge of all items/ feed formulas required in the formula room
Keeping an inventory monitoring the stock level and informing the Dietetic Technician of this level.
Check expiry date of all products for disposal and replacement
Make sure to maintain a safety level of all dietary items within the formula room
Ensure that special diets prescribed for patients are provided to the correct patient and ensure that any changes reach the diet kitchen on time
Respect patients and their families to promote a patient-centered care culture
Doing secretarial administrative coverage when the secretary is on leave.

Review pertinent education, training, certifications of employment and licensure
Process credentialing primary source verifications for Medical Staff and Allied Health professional
Verify the legitimacy of practitioner information with universities, licensing agencies and certifications group in compliance with CBAHI, and JCI standards.
Maintain regular cooperation and compliance with all regulatory, accrediting and membership bases organizations.
Process re-credentialing paperwork’s in compliance with credentialing office criteria.
Coordinate all weekly credentialing committee meetings
Prepare and check all candidates’ records in regular auditing prior to processing for credentialing committee.
Check the equivalency of all foreign certificates submitted by practitioners in the SCHS Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
Perform other task and duties within the scope of Knowledge, skills and experience required for the job as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Responsible for nutrition supplement store ordering, receiving, maintaining, preparing and delivering nutrition formulas.
Document nutritional supplement specifications by studying catalogues and manual and consulting vendor through the purchasing department.
Communicate with the purchasing dept. regarding ordering stock and non- stock nutritional formulas land following up the order.
Check the quality and condition of the nutritional formulas.
Prepare and document the store monthly and annual statistics.
Performs other tasks and duties within the scoop and knowledge, skills and experience required for the job as assign by the manager.
Charge nutritional formulas to patient account daily through Oracle
Prepares portions and serves menu items for patients at the cafeteria and retail areas in accordance with the approved recipes.
Prepare patient trays according to individual patient selected menu
Reports problems in food production to avoid delays in meal service schedule and to improve the quality of food service.
Assist in preparing and distributing elemental diets, patient nourishments and floor stock.
Maintains cleanliness and sanitary food preparation areas and equipment.
Observes all food borne illness, safety and infection control policies and procedures.
