1. Support in the preparation of Tendering Documents like quantity take off.
2. Review consultant/supplier/contractor drawings complying with the requirements needed.
3. Design and prepare shop drawing for electrical services such as lighting, small power, emergency lighting, fire alarm, etc. electrical details, installation details, sections, elevations and schematic diagram.
4. Create shop drawings adhered to Dubai Municipality project requirements/company standards.
5. Create and modify families.
6. Coordinate with clients, other consultants and contractors.
7. Check layouts of electrical and mechanical services for interferences/clash detection with other components of the building.
8. Coordinate with project team as required to implement necessary drafting requirements.
9. Prepare as built drawings, revisions and marked-up drawings.
10. Perform any other related tasks that may assist with the completion of the project.
1. Prepares coordination drawing with Electrical & Mechanical services, shop drawings and as built drawings in all disciplines.
2. Prepares detailed layout of electrical & HVAC services for both Low and High Rise Commercial and Residential Building.
3. Reporting on daily project progress of all activities.
4. Checking load schedules.
5. Support various estimation.

1. Perform site survey and produce site survey reports.
2. Prepare GSM Room Layout and Civil Works based on site status.

4. Perform periodic reporting on the daily and weekly implementation progress.
5. Coordinate with site building management for access and for work plan.
6. Responsible for maintaining good relationship with Customers and Project team.

9. Prepare and check Bill of Quantities of DAS as required.
10. Prepare Site Material Request for the required materials to be used on the site, Hardware Request used for the integration and Partial & Final Acceptance Certificate upon completion of the project.
11. Prepare material and subcontractors enquiries.
12. Liaises with subcontractors if the materials are received.
13. Coordinate with the team.
14. Ensuring procedures, changes and revisions are followed and updated.
15. Assisting the Implementation Manager on processes, tools and equipment, planning and preparation for project implementation.
