My duties and responsibilities:
• Directly Assisting the General Manager for Procurement and HR matters.
• In charge for monitoring stock movement and availability.
• Responsible in importing goods from various suppliers (China, Italy, Turkey).
• Accountable for processing payments for overseas suppliers.
• Responsible in transporting goods from point of origin to UAE and KSA.
• Determines the lead time of shipment that would affect the stabilization of warehouse inventory.
• Reports quality and quantity difference to suppliers upon receiving shipments at warehouse.
• Attends to overseas clients’ inquiry (Morocco, Iraq, KSA, Bahrain, Lebanon & Nigeria)
• Coordination of delivery with overseas clients
• Coordination with Sales Dept. about customized ordered materials
I have 46 merchandisers and 3 office staff under my responsibility
My duties and responsibilities are:
• Directly Reporting to Marketing Dept. Manager
• In charge of handling all merchandisers from 46 outlets
• Monitoring sales on weekly and monthly basis
• Preparation of Monthly sales report
• Checking of Inventory and Production report of Vanity mirrors & Accessories
• Visiting Stores located in SM Malls (Metro Manila and Provincial)
• In charge of approving deliveries to various stores
• In charge for Profiles Division in the absence of Marketing Manager
