Updates and controls various QHSE manuals in the system and circulates hard copies to manual holders at the head office and on board ships.


Efficient control of QHSE Manuals.


Co-ordinates the scheduling and execution of all internal audits for the ships and the office as required by ISM, ISO9001 and ISO14001.


Timely scheduling of internal audits.


Co-ordinates scheduling and execution of all external audits for the ships and office to ensure certification is kept valid.


Timely scheduling of external audits.


Arranges for audits to be carried out.


Efficient execution of audit.


Creates and updates / amends various company electronic forms for Fleet and Quality etc..


Forms are unified and compliant.


Quarterly updates KPI figures for BOARD, by collecting the data from individual Divisions and generating common dashboard.

Collects monthly safety statistics from all our vessels and maintains full control of Safety Statistics (i.e. IPR, MIR and Hazard Highlighters).

Keeps track of various ADNOC HSEMS correspondences (i.e. Codes of Practice and Reports etc.)


ADNOC Correspondences maintained.


Communicates with sea staff on day-to -day quality issues in order to ensure proper incident reporting and that manuals are maintained up to date and communicated to all concerned.

Co-ordinates and administers the company’s notification system to the vessels.

Maintain existing contracts by monitoring and renewing existing ones in conjunction with user departments, in order to ensure alignment with the respective obligations, technical specifications and agreements.
