Main Scope & Functions:

- Personal assistant of the senior executive development.
• Perform administrative tasks such as document and letters preparation, filing and reports
• Hand on the correspondence between the company, the consultant and the employer.
• Fix and fill the employee's jobs calendar.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for professional services team including hotel reservations.
• Make conference room reservation and send invitations through email for meetings and Visio- conferences.
• Continuously look for ways to improve the comfort and visual appeal of the offices.
• Ensure all office equipment such as fax machines, copiers and phone systems are maintained and operational
• Maintain office inventory supply by checking, controlling stock, anticipating needed supplies and following-up with suppliers on orders and deliveries
• Applies and checks application of Health and Safety Plan and Procedures
• Coordinate with engineers, working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role,
assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
• Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization;
• Liaising with a wide range of organizations involved in areas such as race relations, disability,
gender, age, religion and health and safety;
• Helping in recruiting staff, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing,
interviewing and selecting candidates;
• Interpreting and advising on employment legislation;
• Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
• Developing HR planning strategies with line managers, which consider immediate and long-term
staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels;
