Main Scope & Functions:

- Personal assistant of the senior executive development.
• Perform administrative tasks such as document and letters preparation, filing and reports
• Hand on the correspondence between the company, the consultant and the employer.

gender, age, religion and health and safety;
• Helping in recruiting staff, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing,
interviewing and selecting candidates;
• Interpreting and advising on employment legislation;
• Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
• Developing HR planning strategies with line managers, which consider immediate and long-term
staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels;
