Review and evaluate contractor cost estimate
• Check & Review the monthly invoices.
• Revisit the Company Sites to follow up the works.
• Preparing the Projects Cost Updates Sheets, Financial Summary, Rolling Forecast Reports…etc. to control the company costs in each project separately.
• Revise and prepare variation orders for the related projects.
• Preparing and issuing the purchase orders for the contractors.
• Preparing tenders and comparison offers for our new projects.
cost control duty ( bugdeting - cost control by earned value - invoicing- reporting - recommendation )
PREPARING THE NEEDED CLAIMS, PREPARING THE NEW TENDERS, MAKING THE CUMULATIVE QUANTITIES OF THE CIVIL & FINISHING WORK, PREPARING & CHECKING THE INVOICES OF THE OWNER & THE SUBCONTRACTORS, MAKING THE MONTHLY & DAILY REPORTS, ESTIMATE THE QUANTITIES OF THE ITEMS RELATED TO THE NEW TENDERS, CASH FLOW REPORTS
coordination between the approved drawing for hvac-fire fighting-pumping----etc, preparing the owner invoice & check it with the consultant- making the needed shop drawing for the site
Design & making the drawing for approval from the goverment to be built, it was design for high building, mosque, factories, villas, & prestressed factories
