Corporate Credit-RM support
Principal Accountability:
• Coordinating with the credit Relationship Managers/ Account officers to prepare credit proposals, application and memos including financial statement analysis and preparing financial spreadsheets.
• Support RM in managing a portfolio of large corporate clients / Follow up on credit corporate accounts in coordination with different departments to meet client's instructions and inquiries.
• Follow up and coordinate with other departments to ensure the execution for the daily transaction for the clients.
• Proactive daily contacts with the corporate clients to facilitate their business transactions.
• Preparing memorandums for credit corporate accounts to be reviewed by the RM.
• Preparing a daily and monthly feedback reports concerning the client's outstanding position.
• Fulfill client's documentations needed for accounts and facilities activation.
• Manage corporate clients' relationships in a way to achieve set targets.
• maximize the up-selling and cross-selling of corporate products and services
• Follow up clients' complaints, and service recovery process.
• Handling the trade finance business side and facilities utilization.
