Recruitment
• Reviewed job requisitions and ensured alignment with hiring managers’ requirements.
• Established candidates’ database using Microsoft Access.
• Sourced candidates by using databases, social media, referrals etc.
• Screened candidates’ resumes/CVs in conjunction with the requirements of the requesting departments.
• Learned how to arrange for interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel and escorting applicants to interviews.
• Prepared job offer and obtained appropriate management approval.
• Prepared employment contracts for new employees and ensured that they are completely signed (management and employee) before filing.

Employee Relations
• Monitored employees’ compliance with time and attendance policy.
• Learned how to prepare disciplinary letters to employees who violate company’s policies & procedures.
• Processed all requirements of employees who exited the company as a result of termination, resignation or retirement.
• Maintained all personnel records and filing system.
• Issued medical insurance for new and existing employees.
