* Handle the local and international trips for CEO and Board members including applying for visa,
reserving flight tickets and hotel rooms.
* Coordinate with national & international conferences organizers in order to send conferences
invitations & invoices.
* Handle communication with local and foreign societies and agencies.
* Check incoming regular mail packages addressed to CEO.
* Handle communication with freight companies.
* Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

* Follow up on the editorial workflow at all stages to ensure timely completion of the process.
* Act as a liaison between authors, editors and reviewers during the whole review process.
* Act as a liaison between authors of accepted manuscripts and the production unit in order to
ensure receiving all materials required to proceed with the production cycle.
* Work collaboratively with the Special Issues team in order to handle all cases related to the
launched Special Issues.
* Work collaboratively with the Information Technology Department in order to resolve complaints
of all users.
* Expedia for TD travel advisor advising customers with the best deals available and how to use
their TD bank credit cards towards travel purchases through Expedia.
* Processing sales and travel bookings from hotels, flights and dealing with hotels and airlines
regarding Expedia for TD customers concerns.
* Handle transactions and answer customer queries.
* Decipher customer needs and offer the best solution based on proper company policies.
* Effectively communicate ideas, suggestions and answers.
* Refer customers to people who specialize with the type of problem or query they present.
