I joined as Citiphone officer to handle banking queries and assist customers with their issues and escalate matter to
concerned teams and maintain regular communication to get a resolution. I had the opportunity to handle many cases in
reference to credit cards, accounts, loans, fixed deposits, and other products of the bank. I have gained great knowledge
about banking processes and procedure. I served in the back office of operations as well in handling fraud and
compliance cases and authentication of transactions beside assisting in training the new joiners on floor as a team.
As back-office customer service in financial service sector my tasks were to monitor the back office activities and
complaints beside solving critical issues that has been forwarded to us by frontliners, speaking to customers and
explaining the whole situation while providing a solid solution, beside handling unique are rare cases.
In my position as client relationship executive I am responsible for the account management of Batelco customers
inquiring on any of the Batelco helplines. and for assisting the Client Support Manager in developing and maintaining
efficient systems to deal with client queries and issues.
As senior sales executive my job was to bring new vendors and contact them for partnership and approach them with
our online food ordering and delivering platform that will launch soon by the end of June 2021.
As an Administrator in MK Group my main role is to provide office support to the staff members and teams to
smoothen the running of the business. Beside doing the office work and cross check all documents and verify them.
On top of that I am the one responsible for content management of the application being launched by MK Group.
As Senior sales executive I had the chance to use my communication skills in order to bring vendors to sell their products on feehla online shopping platform and I succeeded convincing big names to join feehla such Ashraf, Vogue, Pastel, Islander, Andalus Pharmacy and others. Moreover, I kept in contact with all the vendors and maintained good relationships with them.
As client relationship manager I had learned to work under pressure and maintain the client base and make sure
that a customer who purchased once is returning to purchase again. Also, I was responsible to satisfy the
customers and solve their problems without adding more cost on company. Lastly, I had the ability to answer all
customer inquiries without returning to the main vendor and bothering them with questions.
After doing the event organizer volunteer work, I have done the event organizing job in multiple companies while studying in University of Bahrain. Working and studying parallelly gave me the sense of responsibility towards my studies so I maintain my grades and towards my job, so I fulfil all the tasks assigned to me by my employer.
As a volunteer in University events (ICT, Kaspersky, etc.) helped me gain confidence and improve my communication skills beside the fact that I learned time management to maintain participate in the event and attend my classes too at the days of event and to know what working under pressure and with people of different way of working and adjusting with that.
I was part of HR department doing small tasks and attending meetings conducted in order to make managerial decisions and job interviews of candidates which gave me idea about how to behave in job interviews. Plus, I have learned how to keep record of employee performance and how to notify or warn the employees in professional manners and under work guidelines.
