•Perform financial due diligence and analysis on prospective projects and investments and recommend an investment decision.
•Develop and manage complex excel-based financial models.
•Create discount cash flow (DCF), and other models such as (DDM) for evaluating financial implications of new ventures and investments, provides recommendations to senior management.
•Have an in-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards

•Formulate comprehensive industry and company reports and recommendations with current and recent updates.
•Follow up on the company ongoing projects and submit regular reports to management and other stakeholders.

I got a scholarship to study electrical engineering in Kuwait university and finished my B.S. in electric engineering in 2000 with accumulative GPA 2.46/4 .
