• Manage appointments calendar.
• Create presentations, prepare monthly expense report and other operational
reports.
• Compose and prepare the confidential correspondence.
• Arrange the travel plans, itineraries and agendas including flight, hotel and car
rental.
• Organize events and conferences.
• Communicate directly on behalf of the (CEO&MD), with Board members, donors,
Foundation staff, and others.
• Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on Market issues and concerns addressed
to the (CEO& MD), including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
• Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Executive’s Office and
internal departments.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
• Oversee the Executive's Office operation.
• Oversee functions standards with maintain, improves staff morale and engagement.
• Oversee all event budgets, provides cost-analysis, forecasting information for Campaign Planning and Strategy.

• Interview, help in hiring of new employees and discipline action, assist in the termination of employees.

• Understand and enforce all Safety & Security policies.
• Maintain Front Office daily operation and forecast.
