Welcomes and greets patients/clients/visitors to the department in a manner that is helpful and friendly determines purpose of visit and direct visitors to appropriate person or department
Provides information to Clinic callers according to the Clinics Policies and Procedures transfers Calls as needed works with central reception to ensure adequate phone coverage at all times.
Must exercise utmost diplomacy and tact to provide excellent customer service for patient’s practices confidentiality and privacy protocols in accordance to Clinic policies and requirements.
receive patient payments, record them in a database and provide receipts to patients.
Attends scheduled department staff and clinical meetings.
scheduling all doctors patient appointment according to the date.
Called or emailed to confirm patient appointments.
Processed statements, insurance paperwork, and payments and recorded in patient file.
Providing a daily report of all patients / clients' transaction paid to the accounting department.
Performs other duties as may be required.
