➢ Back-end works for Post Disbursal of Mortgage Islamic and Conventional Loans.
➢ 2 Review all submitted customer requests for post disbursal activities to make sure these are valid, updated and acceptable
➢ Preparation and dispatching of Liabilities certificated of customer on a daily basis depending on their requests through
➢ Full and Final Settlement of all type of mortgage loans files such as Conventional, Islamic and HIO loans
➢ Lodgment and archival required files on daily basis
➢ Effectively communicated with appropriate departments on errors, status, and information requests
➢ Ensure that approval falls within the established lending guidelines.
➢ Supporting other activities such as Loan under recovery, NPF, Daily reports, Alerts and Negations.
