Having overall responsibility for effectively managing the team of RE's working across a variety of disciplines
Duties:
• Contract administration
• Review of Contractor's and supplier's Work plan
• Review of Construction method
• Review and monitor the Contractor's quality plan
• Review and monitor the Contractor's Safety Management plan
• Review the invoices and prepare the interim payment certificates
• Issuing the final report and the tacking over certificates.
Having overall responsibility for effectively managing all resources, to achieve maximum efficiency and to insure that projects are on time and to budget.
Duties:
• Daily management of up to 20 project staff and multiple sub contractors.
• Ensuring that all quality control, environmental and health and safety requirements are met.
• Formulated policies, managed daily operations, and planned the use of materials and human resources.
• Analyzed any construction project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
• Planning site activities in detail, setting targets and accurately forecasting completion dates.
• Accurately estimate material, construction and labor costs as well as project timescales.
