Provide administrative support/ Secretarial support for the entire departments.
Responsible for incoming and outgoing calls.
Greeting and escorting visitors to their respective meeting rooms.
Coordinating with the office boy for the visitor’s beverages.
Responsible for booking staff meetings on the calendar to avoid overlapping of the time.
Handling Couriers, dispatch and receive packages.
Responsible on updating the meeting calendar in a daily basis on an Excel file for IT purpose. Monthly submission is required.
Doing hotel inquiries and bookings for IFC World Bank Staffs coming from other countries for a mission.
Responsible for checking and reporting any problems in the office such as lights, AC, water leaking and etc.
Maintaining the reception area neat and tidy.
Provide administrative/secretarial support for the department/division such as answering telephones, assisting visitors, and resolving and referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
