 Provide administrative support/ Secretarial support for the entire departments.
 Responsible for incoming and outgoing calls.
 Greeting and escorting visitors to their respective meeting rooms.
 Coordinating with the office boy for the visitor’s beverages.
 Responsible for booking staff meetings on the calendar to avoid overlapping of the time.
 Handling Couriers, dispatch and receive packages.
 Responsible on updating the meeting calendar in a daily basis on an Excel file for IT purpose. Monthly submission is required.
 Doing hotel inquiries and bookings for IFC World Bank Staffs coming from other countries for a mission.
 Responsible for checking and reporting any problems in the office such as lights, AC, water leaking and etc.
 Maintaining the reception area neat and tidy.
