• Attends calls for administration and customer service purposes.
• Interacts with callers to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
• Manually documents all calls with regards to customer inquiries accurately and switch the calls to the corresponding department.
• Monitor Call Tracking for responses from customer service team so call returns are done in a timely fashion. Follows-up with clients within a 24-hour period in regards to the initial phone call.
• Provides quality customer service on every call. Communicates clearly and effectively with callers. Promotes good listening skills. Manages length of calls. Recognizing and managing assertive customer calls.
• Responsible for maintaining office filing and storage systems.
• Responsible for keeping day to day files/documents management system for electronic and paper documents organized.
• Monitor and order office supplies. Distribute/file all incoming mail.
• Does a general reception duties; Return calls as per request.
• Assists staffs; Research, typing, correspondence, faxes and filing.
• Provides customer assistance.
• Study product on its kind and material made of.
• Merchandise products include folding, displays and arrangement on shelves.
• Perform other responsibilities as required by the management.
• Finding prospective clients willing to sponsor the advertisements.
• Outdoor Sales. Sells privilege cards to customer so they can get discounts from the tie-up establishments.
• Maintain good relationship with the sponsors and customers by keeping them updated of the product.
• Marketing through telephone (inbound/outband).
• Attends phone inquiries and ensure that the customers get the right information.
• Demonstration of the actual properties by tripping and visiting the areas.
• Provides customer service assistance.
• Takes customer orders. Facilitates payment of orders.
• Serves customers in good manner and maintains the cleanliness of the store.
The College I went with is a trimestral system.Instead of a regular 2 semesters for every year in a 4year degree, The College has 3 years for each degree with 3 semesters each year. I have taken 2 years and left 1 year to finish the entire degree.
