Ensure the quality of materials deliver on site is based on standard specification.
Mobilization Stage
Prepares and conduct Materials Delivery inspection to the costumer and submit material samples, catalogs and brochures.
Execution Stage
Prepares work activity permit.
Ensure that the installation process is in compliance with the approved technical specification and construction plan.
Check and inspect the quality of installed materials.
Coordinate punch list work to the PIC and Foreman.
Prepares work inspection request for the installed materials.
Coordinate and conduct inspection/testing on installed materials to the general contractor.
Turn-Over Stage
Others
Monitors and supervised work on site.
Make and assign day to day work schedule.
Make decision on emergency situation.

Estimates and quantify MEFPS quotations.
Interpret Technical Specifications and Bid Plans.
Attend Pre - Bid Meetings.
Costing of Bid Quotations.
Making Bid Proposals.
Attend Site Inspections.
