• Prepares, reviews and revise internal documents such as PWI, WI and other documents pertaining to customer requirements like new specifications, flow, barcodes, shipment preparation and other related documents..
• Standardizes specification, sampling plan and process flow as required by the customer.
• Supports the internal investigation and simulation, provisions of countermeasure and preventive measures for customer complaints and internal issues.
• Conduct regular process audit, follow up counter measures and/or preventive measures.
• Monitors corrective and preventive action reports as an effect of customer complaint from other department.
• Facilitates internal meeting with all sections to discuss customer information, requirements, Claims/Issues and corrective and preventive actions if necessary
• Prepares necessary report as a tool in the monitoring and analysis of production problems for further improvements.
• Supports correlation activities for both internal and customer.

• Review all technical documents; include work standards, instructions/ notices as necessary to inform production processes.
• Monitors the production processes’ condition and impose and/or support production personnel’s in the correction and/or formulation of corrective and/or preventive measures of all problems and/or issues occurring within.
• Handles new product introduction and/or evaluation, prepare work standards, inspection standards, process flow, jigs and other needed in the evaluation run.
• Responsible in the provision of the countermeasure and preventive measures for customer complaints by leading the investigation and analysis of the problem.
• Conduct periodic process audit, follow up counter measures and/or preventive measures, implementations and asses their effectiveness whether it needs improvement or to be standardized to other models.
• Support the production process and quality improvement thru introduction of new tools, modification of jig/equipments and introduction/evaluation of new materials.
• Prepares necessary report as a tool in the monitoring and analysis of production problems for further improvements.
• Performs and implements Environmental Policies and Procedures to respective area.

• Checks and monitors line compliance to SOP, Process Instruction, Work Distribution List and production line schedules.
• Prepares line materials, equipments and documents needed by the line before start of production.
• Checks frequency occurrence of defects in production line and works with QA and QC in problem analysis and formulation of corrective and preventive countermeasures.
• Monitors line performance based on given tact time to ensure efficient line balancing.
• Attends Test Productions and checks problems that might occur while it runs.
• Reports, recommends, and take actions, immediately when problem occurs.
