Ensures proper document classification, sorting, filing, proper archiving, perform clerical and other duties as assigned. Types or word-processes documents, as directed by the General Manager.
Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents
Sourced clients for special project needs and negotiated contract
Handled all incoming business and client requests for information
Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints
Screened applicant resumes and coordinated both phone and in-person interviews
Recruited and hired qualified candidates for vacant and new positions and arranged their offer letters
Design marketing brochures, route map and wrote website copy
Ordered and distributed office supplies while adhering to a fixed office budget
