• Initiate patient assessment to determine immediate care needs
• Efficiently prepares, administers and documents the administration of oral, parenteral and topical medications prescribed by the physician.
• Maintains accountability for narcotics and controlled drugs.
• Carries out physician’s orders and reviews nursing and medical orders for accuracy and appropriateness
