Oversee the activities of the employees, hire, train, and evaluate new employees and
ensure that the company is on track to meet its financial goal
Develops and implement budgets, prepare reports for senior management and ensure
the whole unit complies with company policies.

Ensure implementation of sales action plan as outlined in the marketing plan
appropriately.
Conducts, arranges and accompanies clientele in regard with past meeting evacuations,
inspection trips to banquet rooms and facilities, ensure that all expectations are met.
Disseminate sales related information to other departments as appropriate through
Banquet Manager.
Attends to client comments, complaints and requesting regarding Food and Beverage
service, quality, facilities, agreements, function arrangement and significant activities in
supervisors log book, informs notifies and discuss with Banquet Manager.
Conduct all administrative work required including reservation in general, filling system,
letter of proposal/contract/quotation, event order.
Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks.
Coordinate meetings, including travel arrangement and expense reports.
Filing of all project documents (hard and soft copies)
Compile summary documents. Collect and include contribution of the team
