Proactively manage the selection process including: requisition management, sourcing candidates, interviewing, generating offers and facilitating the on-boarding process for candidates; Perform full lifecycle recruitment and talent acquisition to include security processing and deployment operations in multiple functional areas from entry level through senior management positions; Review and prescreen hundreds of resumes within Workday or other Applicant Tracking System, conducting Competency Based Pre-screens and interviews; Maintain a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines to effectively meet hiring needs and business initiatives; Create Hiring Manager Interview Guides and Feedback Forms for all corporate positions to assist with competency based interviews; Monitor progress for all program hires, ensuring completion of offer letters, and all contingencies; Schedule and coordinate all site group interviews including arranging conference rooms/calls; Partner with other Recruiters and HR staff to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitate an effective high-volume search & screening process; Build targeted marketing campaigns to attract key talent on an ongoing basis - partnerships with specific Job Boars, Universities and Consulates; Work closely with Hiring team in providing staffing support to meet the key identified deliverables; Responsible for Internal Recruiting process with Hiring Managers to promote internal talents developing a career path; Payroll support - admission process (collection of documents, registration and medical exam), including exit interviews; Implementation of Moodle platform - tests automation and behavioral assessments; Responsible for team management (recruiters, sourcings, interns and apprentices);


Responsible for reviewing and following all relevant HR policies, processes and standard operating procedures based on COPC and Playbook certification; Responsible for communication between Recruitment and HRBP to understand the needs and expectations of employees, internal promotions and round tables; Actively support the entire HR cycle relating to performance management and employee engagement, having a close partnership with Learning and Development Team; Ensure full alignment in salary/benefits scales, designations and grading between staff; Support change management through channeled planning, communication, preparation and constant postimplementation alignment; Responsible for HR data analysis such as staff turnover rate and attendance rate.
