Responsible for advising the business on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters and structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial transactions. I work directly with the business, serving as lead counsel on different legal matters, providing day-to-day advice, resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.

As an intern, my responsibilities included but were not limited to studying the case files, make the points on it and participating on drafting legal consultations for International clients. A large part of my legal internship was conducting research using the internet, legal database, legal libraries. As a Legal intern, I often participated on writing various agreements, contracts and leases.
