• Responsible for all the operations processes within the Office and outdoors.

• Authorize transactions within the laid down procedures
• Checking of Import documents drawn under the L/C
• Communicate Acceptance/ Rejection of documents drawn under the L/C
• Check and authorize all SWIFT messages for trade finance operations / payments
• Responding to the requests - information follow ups clients concerning progress on the files & miscellaneous
• Managing returns of funds - Management risks
• Banking coding
• Handling requests from clients, correspondents, retired persons, including SWIFT
• Establishment of weekly and monthly statistics
(Brokerage, scorecard, figures for outstanding on account from non-financial clientele, orders on the market and orders for subscription / repurchase of shares or parts of the UCITS)
• Handling competence questionnaires from clients in order to inform them about the conditions of their access to certain functionalities on the bred.fr website
