accomplishment at site.
* Responsible in preparing proposed variations if changes occurred while the project is in progress.
* Prepares cost estimates including detailed Bill of Quantities
* Responsible in preparing detailed take off, quantifies civil engineering works such as structural
and architectural works (ID works) based on drawings and specifications.
* Preparing of tender documents such as bid proposals, commercial and technical submission
* Sending inquiries and obtaining bids from vendors and subcontractors, identifying qualified sub-
contractor and making recommendations for the winning bidder.
* Examine tender specifications, details and drawings
* Responsible in getting the best price that will win a contract in a competitive bidding situation,
based on quality of the service offered, as well as cost.
