My responsibility here as a Customer Service Representative is to answer a call
(inbound call) from the repairman who will inform us or ask us to close a trouble
ticket. This trouble ticket encloses the complain or report that they encountered on
their subscription on broadband and telephone as well. we see to it that before
closing the repair, we are making testcalls on the subscriber and ask them if the
connection of the said subscription are already working, and then, that's the time
that we finalize and close the repair/trouble ticket. This was my duty from March

clearing Dept. wherein our job is to finalize the activity in the repair of the service.
It is a non-voice acct. we are the one checking all the infos in the activity and
finalizing it. I worked as a clearing agent

My duty here is to manage all my subordinates in their daily activities, conduct a meeting
on how they deal with their Clients and Plan holders as well.
