• Undertook refugee form fill and casework interviews for the purposes of recording case histories and biographical information of refugees applying for the United Stated Refugee Admission Program. Furthermore, undertaking duty travel as needed to participate in refugee interviews and USCIS adjudication circuit rides.
• Assisted in supporting USCIS officers across MENA Region by conducting briefings for refugee applicants, and ensuring accurate information is shared regarding timeline, expectations, fraud, malfeasance, and case processing. • Utilized reports, conducted regular quality assurance checks of case files and data in the Worldwide Refugee Admissions Program System to ensure the accuracy of all case information and the office compliance with all USRAP SOPs in relation to case files.
• Participated in training other Case Management team members as needed to efficiently and effectively manage refugee case files, conduct full refugee interviews, organize and schedule refugee appointments, conduct quality assurance of files and case data and support the USCIS adjudication.
• Directed service development using in-depth knowledge of vendor landscape and industry insight.

recovery.
• Built brand awareness and generated leads while managing internal and external marketing campaigns
and programs.

• Counseled women and adolescents regarding mental health, substance abuse, physical abuse and
rehabilitation issues.

assessments, individual and family therapy, case management, discharge planning and referrals.
• Prepared and supervised fieldwork and activities including organizing Mental Health and Care Practices activities, Assisting the PM to determine potential sites of intervention, and Managing budget associated with MHCP activities.
• Managed the logistical and administrative aspects of the project by understanding and following the logistics procedures enabling the project implementation and ensuring compliance with ACF overall administrative procedures.
