Responsibilities:-
- Helps clients to track the evolution of the retail universe by doing all the checks needed for the reports and the database before it go to the client.
- Deliver all the reports and the database needed to the client with no delay and be sure to be 100% free of errors and from the biggest account that I was Handling PEPSI and Reckitt Benckiser.
- Helping on training the new employees on how to work on our system (generating the reports, validating the Data and everything about our system).
- Taking the decision to accept new work to the team or not according to the team workload and also how the reports goes on and Track the performance for delivering new reports on time and free of Error with the team
- Preparing a weekly report that contain all the details of our workload through the week by collecting all the data needed from the team and send it to one of the global team who used to measure our performance with the workload.
- I was supporting the client services team on their reports on special project which comparing the New Universe with the Old One. And also any request needed by writing proposal or any other request.
Data Analyst by programming language (Working on SAS program) in quality control department. .
Responsibilities:-
- Preparing the Monthly data that comes from the supermarkets and the pharmacies that enter to our system to generate the reports by writing codes on SAS program to prepare the file that contain the data.
- Insures that all the data are correct with no errors by checking some of it with the field team.
- Checking some prices with field team.
- Supporting on the Daily request needed.
