Providing assistance to General Director
Main duties include:
- Organizing Director`s daily schedule by making appointments, coordinating daily meetings;
- Screening incoming calls and emails, occasionally corresponding on behalf of Director
- Arranging Director`s business trips including visas, accommodation, transfers;
- Preparing and drafting internal and external documentation on behalf of Director;
- Organizing corporate events, meetings with TOP management and trainings;
- Providing Director with "personal" assistance and supporting both inside and outside the office.
- Managing the work of the export division team
- Develop new strategies, tactics, and plans for future growth of company’s database and overall income
- Order processing, maintain long lasting customer relationships
- Organizing staff day-to-day work;
- Organizing events, such as children football tournaments, camps, exhibitions, concerts, etc.;
- Seeking out new customers, and sales opportunities;
- Meeting the sales targets, set within the given deadlines;
- Managing a schedule of sports arena, communicating with existing customers, preparing agreements and invoices.
