As QA/ QC Manager:
• Developing the management system and make sure of its conformity with the requirements of the standard ISO 9001: 2009

•Assist QA/QC Manager for the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Project QMS.

•Ensure that controlled copies of all relevant codes and/or specifications are available at BA/Project and only current documents are in use, in accordance with Master Lists of Documents.
•Compile and write training material and conduct training sessions on quality control activities. He must be conversant to coach newcomers on Inspection and Testing techniques and equip them with the skill to gainfully utilize various Inspection and Testing tools and equipment.
•Provide assistant to BA/Project management in answering all queries of the Customer relating to quality of work.
•Ensure that, Work Instructions and actual role performed is in line with the concepts of value addition to business processes.
•Assist the Quality Team in any inspection and quality related investigation.

•Internal and external cleaning inspection of all static equipments

•Keeping all inspection equipment history files up-to-date and keeps on-stream inspection data current.

•Share various improvement schemes based on Project Assessment Audit Reports, Observations, PARs, and CARs for the effective implementation of IMS, with BAs/BSDs/Projects.

•LEAD THE TEAM IN THE PROCESS EVALUATION, CONDUCT OF CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS AND FORMULATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE ACTIONS
•Liaise with customer pertaining to quality problems and issues.
•Identify and record quality problems.
•Conduct simulation in process of investigation as to how and why non-conformance has been made.
•Coordinate in-house activities in solving quality problems and ensure that corrective actions taken are implemented effectively.
•Review quality reports and ensure that staff abides to the established system and complies conformance reports.
•Initiate action to prevent recurrence of non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality system.
•Initiate, recommend and provide solutions to quality problems detected.
•Verify the implementation of solution.

•LEAD QUALITY INSPECTORS IN THEIR CONDUCT OF INCOMING INSPECTION PROCEDURE
•Study drawing specifications of each material as basis of standard implementation
•Gather QC process chart of each material delivery by supplier.
•Prepare Non-conformance Report and Material Stock Disposition.
•Prepare data for Suppliers Quality Meeting.
•Prepare check sheets of new material based on mechanical drawings.
•Perform incoming inspection procedure/evaluate materials as well as initial production parts.
•Evaluate sub-contractor for qualification as approved vendors.
•Liaise with customers/ other departments on matters pertaining to material quality and resolve material quality issues and problems.
•Specify quality inspection plan criteria/ requirements.
•Study implementation of suppliers’ corrective actions based on the result of material delivery.
•Assists oversee calibration control system of measuring equipment.
